I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ugam in Dec 2019
Interview
Screening Interview with HR.
Multiple SQL questions as tests and Quiz on analytics,
Onsite interview on technical aspects of SQL and python and other skillsets with Hiring manager and behavioral questions with HR head.
Given the feedback in the rounds, All rounds went stellar and it is highly unlikely that I would have been dropped out of consideration.
After investing hours of time and effort in the process, the HR poc ghosted me.
After 2 weeks, to cover up for the fact that they forgot to deal with my case, they made an excuse that the team is interviewing other candidates on priority for the next round and will get back to me after that.
Never heard back from them despite repeated follow ups.
Interviewing people seemed good and fairly knowledgeable but the HR is unmindful and unapologetic of the time and effort wasted.
I have never replied back to any of the job opportunity from Ugam requests ever since. Ugam is not representative of Merkel's standards of recruitment.
