In person interview at their temporary office. Relaxed discussion with two department managers about previous work experience, technical background, what you are looking for, what the company is doing and what direction they are headed in.
Application screening, shortlisting, and an online assessment. Then technical interview covering skills and projects, followed by HR interview discussing communication, goals, and cultural fit. Final selection based on overall performance.
