First round will be HR screening to know more about the role and expectations . Second round will be face to face technical interview . Third round will be again face to face with director round . In today's age they are still conducting onsite rounds and wasting candidates time instead of making it virtual . Also its 4 day onsite and 1 day remote which is crazy . Their rules and policies are not flexible which is a major red flag . The interviewers are also a bit rude in their behavior . Even though i cleared all the rounds, the experience is worse that made me reject their offer . Be flexible in your company policies so that it will attract candidates
