I applied online. I interviewed at UW Health (Madison, WI) in Aug 2022
Interview
Straightforward, simple, and positive interaction throughout the process. I had one phone interview with HR and one video interview with the management team. They made it easy to connect, communicate my experience, and feel genuinely comfortable.

Question 1
Explain a time you have to deal with a difficult customer?
I've applied heavily to UW Health, and haven't gotten communications from a recruiter in months. I am a current employee and even had two people contact the recruitment office to vouch for my abilities and work ethic. Absolutely nothing, even with multiple emails asking for updates. It is embarrassing and ridiculous.

Question 1
Very generic interview questions and may ask some questions about resume, but I have had it where they haven't even looked at my resume.
I had an initial phone call with a recruiter that went well but the follow up call with the hiring manager seemed as though no information from the initial call was shared with them so it was basically the same two calls. Second call felt very rushed like they had already made up their mind beforehand.

They asked a lot about certifications that are not on my resume.
