I was interviewed on site by a large collection of people from both program and functional organizations, including directors and the VP of engineering. I was asked to make a presentation to a group, as well as individual interviews. A drug test was mandatory.

UTAS Interviews are a cluster&ck. Expect 2.5 hours with 5 different personnel in their office with the final being HR. During my 2 interviews with UTAS, none of the interviewing personnel were prepared with any specific questions related to the job (should have been a red flag). They seemed to have a general lack of understanding of what Programs/Projects are, and how to properly staff and manage them.
