I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at USIC (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very unprofessional, bias, discriminating, and sketchy. I was told to see Jason Smith and ended up seeing "Thomas" who was very judgmental and belittled my credentials because I was ready to switch industries(automotive) and I came in over dressed for the interview. Maybe if I came in looking homeless and my resume was a less threat to Thomas ego, I would of been offered a job. USIC is missing out on a dependable hardworking individual who is ready to take the next step in a long term career.
