Went through 3 rounds of interviews with USI for a select producer role. Both the recruiter and the practice leader have encouraging feedback through the whole process and ultimately ghosted.

Interview
The interview process was standard, beginning with an initial HR screening, followed by an onsite interview with the practice lead. The following interviews were with senior management. The HR rep and the hiring manager were extremely informative and helpful throughout the process.

Question 1
The first on-site interview with the hiring manager was fairly quick and straight to the point. After a few minutes discussing my professional background, the manager focused the remainder of the interview on gauging my level of technical knowledge of various lines of business and sales skills.

Interview
This interview process at USI is long and grueling. It took me an assessment + 9 interviews of role playing with different leaders before I received an offer. Honestly the whole process is overwhelming to the point I felt exhausted. I’ve should’ve seen the red flags and went running. Unfortunately, after being hired the sense of exhaustion and burnout I felt during the interview continued on.
