      Junior Counselor Interview

      20 Feb 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Santa Cruz, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at US Sports Camps (Santa Cruz, CA) in May 2010

      Interview

You need to be recommended for the position. The interview will be a basic phone interview asking about why you want to be a counselor, what sports mean to you, have you worked with kids? It is easy to get in, but working on the job is basically part of the interview process.
