Interview
Joining the Navy isn't like getting a civilian job. A person wanting to join needs to visit a military recruiter and they will begin the process. A person with a high school diploma, high enough ASVAB score and no criminal history should be able to join. The person can't have any physical or mental disabilities limiting their ability to function in a physicaly as well as mentaly (at times) demanding conditions.
Project manager and Vice President were very friendly. It was easy to hold a conversation with them without feeling out of place. My interview questions pertained directly to the job with very few opinionated wuestions
