Applied through the normal DoD/Navy process (USAjobs). Interview was with 3 current employees of the organization. Interview questions were standard behavioral type ("Tell me about a time you..."). Each interviewer asked a question and it only took about 1 hour. Practice the standard question types and have a prepared answer with supporting details to do well.
