Interview was smooth. It was more of a phone screening, and I got the role immediately after background check questions. Leverage connections if possible to receive a role with NRL, or apply through their portal.

An email was sent out to setup a phone interview. The interview was more of a get-to-know session with some technical strengths and weaknesses discussion. This gives both the candidate and the interviewer (usually a supervisor) an idea if hired, which tasks suit the candidate the best.
