Entered through College and ROTC. Standard college application and interview process. Had to talk to several individuals, get cleared through doctors physical exam, and take several aptitude tests. It’s been a while so don’t remember all elements.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at US Marine Corps

Called a recruiter who gave me a basic screener: if i had a criminal record, physical in-capabilities, and then had me do my max pull ups and crunches on a pull up bar at the office. Eventually I was taken to MEPS where an in depth criminal background check and medical exam were given.
