very easy. every one was very welcoming. went through a group panel and then sat down for one on one interviews. basic sales questions. seems like a good company to work for.
It was a very unorthodox and strange interview based on personal and political opinions. If you are looking to go into Insurance cells I recommend looking into other options. The environment is very political with a boys club overall attitude.

Interview
Presentation and then they let you talk to a manager. If they like you they ask you to stay. More like if you seem willing. There were no interview questions. I got job because I knew someone.
