The interview began with a Technical Screening/Phone Interview. The IT Lead from Corporate listened in on the call and asked questions towards the end.
After passing the technical screen. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The IT lead and Senior-level associate conducted the interview. Most of the questions consisted of technical knowledge. But the interview itself was not stressful or too intense. The next step was a final interview with the director of Finance (IT was nested under the finance department)
