Typical interview process. Manager told me about the company and asked a few questions. Took a road test in which I had to couple to a trailer, drive around, back up, uncouple. Easy stuff. The only reason I didn't go through with this position is because they wouldn't share with me the pay structure. They supervisors were very secretive about giving me anything that explained how much I would actually be making. The guy who interviewed me also didn't seem to know, as he switched numbers multiple times.
