Hiring HR process takes a long time and can be fairly frustrating, especially when some of your information is input wrong. They could do better to improve their methods of hiring.

I was asked whether I wanted Greeley or Fort Morgan. I didn't realize they were hard to staff areas until after I took the job and put my 2 weeks notice in at my other job.
I submitted the application online and after a few months, I was contacted to set up a telephone interview with the hiring panel. The hiring panel consisted of three agency management employees who work in the field and could potentially become my supervisor if hired for the position. At the scheduled time on the following day, I was contacted by the panel via telephone and after a brief round of introductions, the interview began. Each hiring panel official asked a question.
