Interview
I did not go through an normal interview process. My current supervisor was looking for an accounting intern and ask my friend if he had any accounting friends looking for an internship. My friend called me and sent me the paperwork.

Question 1
As I said before I did not have a formal interview. As soon as I completed the paperwork, I was hired. But everyone else in the intern program had to do an interview. I do not know what they were asked.
