I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Air Force in Mar 2010
Interview
My hiring and interview process involved working with a local recruitment representative in my hometown. I had various meetings with the rep during the interview process. As I was requesting an entry-level position some twenty-four years ago, I do not recall specifics, but the process went well and I have no complaints about it.
Neutral experience

I interviewed at US Air Force (Kirtland, NM)
Interview
Four year process of ROTC/Academy with weekly/monthly training to ensure readiness for service. Indoctrination to Air Force processes. Interviews for jobs are an application on a dream sheet. The Air Force says, "You're going here," and you go.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at US Air Force (Utah, IL) in Nov 2024
Interview
Interview with recruiting officer and direct manager was smooth, overall positive experience. At the end I've decided the position was not for me but it was nice to learn more about
Had to go through college and ROTC or US Air Force Academy. That is the main part of the interview. Air Force academy includes your local congressman/woman for a nomination.
