I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at US Air Force (Pullman, WA)
Interview
Application and then in person interview on site of a university with an active duty officer assigned to the ROTC unit. Applied to the ROTC program as a whole then was vectored to a local unit for the actual interview
