I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at US Agency for International Development in Jun 2022
Interview
Extremely lengthy, lack of transparency, no follow-up, contacted my references but did not inform me, interviewed me multiple times for the same if not similar position, clear HR mis-management . I would not recommend applying unless you have time to wait to be hired.

Interview
The interview process consisted of two parts; First with the HR company to verify information listed on the resume, then a second phase with the agency and team that I would eventually work with day to day.

Question 1
Describe a time you resolved a workplace conflict.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at US Agency for International Development (Washington, DC) in Jun 2013
Interview
Request by Office Director to join the Office followed by in depth Pre-interview with the Office Director then an interview with the Front Office. A bit awkward as the Front office and office Director were not in sync regarding the position requirements or expectations.
After the interview the Office Director further explained why s/he needed the position filled. A verbal job offer followed shortly thereafter and after several months HR Department made the formal offer.
