Straightforward. Nothing that was surprising, difficult, or too easy. They have a lot of turnover, and it’s apparent. First was a screening over the phone and another meeting with a supervisor before a contract was offered.

Interview
Very short and streamlined. It was casual- perhaps more of an introduction than an actual interview. We took a tour of the department and discussed the responsibilities of the doctors and the service lines available like radiology reads, ob-gyn, and anesthesia.

Relatively casual. Start with a recruiter. Meet the Medical Director. May meet with physicians at the site. More conversational than a true question-and-answer interview. Will get feedback and a decision pretty quickly afterwards.
