Mostly behavioral and situational questions like “name a time you…” or “tell me about a time when…” interviews are pretty straight forward and no abstract questions. They write down your answers on paper to send to corporate.

Tell me about a time you had to think outside the box. Tell me about a time you had a difficult encounter with a boss. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and what did you do to make it right.

easy, behavioral questions that is related to being a nurse or a care taker. "Tell me about.." for the most part. Fairly easy and the interviewers are usually the unit directors, no peer interview was needed.

Tell me about a time you had a difficult encounter with a coworker?
Friendly! The interviewers strive to make the experience comfortable while obtaining relevant information and explaining the job requirements. They want to make sure the company is a good fit for you and that you are a good fit for the area you will work in.
It was a standard interview with all the expected questions as well as a few fun curveballs that were not taken too seriously. I was given the option to shadow and tour the unit afterward.
