Very professional and comfortable. There was 3 interviewers. They explained the duties and asked me to run through my CV for them. It was very pleasant and i left feeling great.

Interview
I had a group interview at first for the position of a housekeeper in Oakland. There were five of us - including me - and they had us watch a video about customer services. There were three employees who asked up questions about customer service, what it meant to us, what it meant to work as a team, etc. It ended and I received another call back for a one-on-one interview. That was mostly about my prior work experience.
But it's agonizing to wait for them to call you back at all with any information. They were supposed to call me a few days before Christmas but it's January and I have never heard back. I called HR five times and left a few messages and no one has never answered me or called back. I've heard from other people that UPMC takes forever to do anything with applications and interviews. So I have absolutely no idea if I have the job or not.
