Behavioral interview, asked situational questions, how do you handle conflict - give example, how do you make decisions, what is a major accomplishement, how do you solve problems - give example, Interviewer made a comment about my age that i thought was inappropriate. Interviewer was a nurse, reading from a script - seemed intimidated about my 20 years of previous business experience before I became a nurse.
