Interview
Firstly I'd like to say this is the only time I've ever been interviewed for a full eight hours! I applied through indeed and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview I was scheduled for an on-site interview. They offered to pay for travel and hotel expenses. I drove and accepted the gas reimbursement. Once I arrived I waited about 30 min for the first interviewer. The HR person ended up being too busy to meet me. From start to end I was interviewed for 8 hrs. I met people in groups and individually from the chemistry departments and was asked a range of technical and personal questions. At the end of the day I met with the VP who asked very few questions and spoke more about his experiences. They ended up sending me an offer over a week later that was lower than my requested salary.

Question 1
How do you organize your work when starting a validation? What are the parameters which you set for your validation method?
The interview was conducted 1 on 1 by 3 different individuals. All the individuals were welcoming and questions were mostly geared towards whether I'd fit into their culture as it was an entry level position.
