Interview
The hiring process is very quick. I walked in and asked what they were looking for and the manager set up an interview for me the next day. The energy was infectious and they treat you very kindly during the interview process. I met with him and was basically offered the job on the spot but he told me I had to have a Skype interview with the Regional Manager just to complete the process. The Skype interview lasted about 20 minutes and the questions were very direct. Almost all of them centered on sales experience.

In person-30 mints interview . The process was really quick and the management of store was well-structured. Manager and Assistant manager took the interview and asked me more about my experience for working in Sales and how do I tackle certain situations or My target achievements so far.
