Normal Interview with regular questions in french and english regards and related to thé TOr of thé job description. Lasted approx 1hour. 3 personnes in the panel of thé interview. Starter with présent yourself and entend with questions i might have.
Outdated process. Asking for written skills. Such exercises are a colossal waste of time. Unwanted emphasis on doing a pre interview assignment which is never really rated honestly. This I found out after joining.

Interview
No written test, only online interview. The interviewer provided feedback afterwards: Interview was well done but process was to regularize a temporary staff member. Was invited to apply for other positions.
