No test, just a single interview with a line manager and a specialist. Both interviewers were late to start, and it took longer than the expected duration (over an hour). Focus was on subjective topics in relation to the job, which was interesting, but highlighted the lack of an objective focus. They took over 6 months to make a decision, by which time I'd already accepted another position
