Interview
I took first a written test that had three questions. After passing the test I had the typical UN format of the STAR method/competency based. Three protection colleagues interviewed me. They asked a few questions about direct experience and how I would conduct a protection assessment.
I was called for a written exam of 5 common, daily cases. I was then requested for an interview with a panel of 6 people. They asked about my experience, situational reactions to experiences or cases I could possible encounter and about my qualifications and skills.
