They used CBI process. Find information about it on Youtube so you can prepare. From Google: "A Competency-Based Interview (CBI), also known as a behavioral or structured interview, is a type of interview that focuses on assessing a candidate's skills and abilities by asking them to provide specific examples of past experiences. The core idea behind CBI is that past behavior is the best predictor of future performance. "
