I applied through university. I interviewed at UNDP
Interview
Simple - got it through my school, so it really came down to attending an institution that has links and alumni at the place you eventually want to work. The internship was arranged as part of a course I took and extended over the summer
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.
