Interview
I was interviewed by 2 persons, the interview was very formal, the questions were relatively difficult. What I did not like is that I did not receive a final decision (but at the end of the interview they said I would hear from them within 2 weeks)

They were mainly about my experience, university background, strong and weak sides of my personality and challenges in my previous work
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.

I applied for their design sprint, it was a 2 stage interview. They didn't follow thier timeline. They have poor feedback channel. They didn't respond to questions in their social media post.

It was an online interview on Zoom. The interview went smoothly. The asked mostly behavioral/ competency based questions and only 2 technical questions. Afterwards they also asked if I had a question for them.
