They asked about my Teaching philosophy and evaluation of students.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UNC Charlotte (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2020
Interview
A few questions were asked and they were not that difficult. The interviewer was interested in hearing about my prior employment experiences and teaching. Pedagogy was important and valued. I was told the department was collaborative and supportive.
