UNC Asheville interview questions

They're interviewing your personality not just your work history. Be yourself and showcase what makes you unique. It was a short interview—maybe 30 minutes. For any writing tutor position, you'll want to prove that you can teach people how to be better writers and not just correct their mistakes for them.

The interview process was very easy. The first round is individual, consisting of a panel of peers/supervisors that interview based on a set of questions. Once you move past that, the 2nd round is a group interview to assess ability to work within a team.
