Interview
You get called in for an interview in the AV Williams building on campus at University of Maryland. In the room is three to four full time employees who each have thier own set of questions. Typically you will recieve linux administration questions, windows adminstration questions, and finally hardware questions. You may also have to identify pieces of hardware they have on the table

Interview
The initial process comprises of e-mailing in a resume and cover letter. They may then follow back with an interview offer. The interview takes place in AV Williams, and they present an offer within the next couple business days.
