Interview
The hiring process only took about a week. I got a phone call on a Saturday afternoon from a Florida Number. I thought it was a scam at first but it turned out it was HR. After sending them background information and doing a drug test, I started training the following week. Over all time was 2 weeks.

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UM Wireless
Interview
During my interview the manager met with me and conducted the interview in the back of the store behind a cubicle wall, while the employers were able to overhear our conversation. The same place we conducted our interview was where the lunch room, break area was at. The manager wasn't organized nor did he ask any kind of professional questions.
After a few months went by I reapplied because I had seen that there was still a position available to work with them. during this interview I met with the District Manager and he was a little more professional because he had more management experience. During our interview he didn't ask too many hard questions but he also mentioned that he would be ready to hire me.
