Smooth. It was well organized and everyone was very helpful and nice. Overall it was a good experience. I appreciated the experience even though I didn't get the job. Nothing else to really say.

They asked my how well I knew how to use tools like excel and work documents.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Boston, MA) in Aug 2021
Interview
There were 4 rounds. 1st phone screen, 2nd Hiring Manager, 3rd with UX Researcher, and 4th with VP of Design. I had a quick portfolio review with the Hiring manager and VP but it mainly consisted of personality questions and how you go through the design process.
