Was provided with 2 weeks notice prior to interview for preparation along with guidance on the questions being covered.
Interview was conducted by a panel of 3 employees, each taking in turns to ask set questions.
Interview lasted exactly 30 minutes, with 5 minutes introduction, 20 minutes questions and then 5 minutes at the end to ask my own questions.

Q: Provide an example of a time where you worked with a team to achieve a goal?
The interview process was clear and organised. The interviewers were kind and personable. The interview is based on the person spec so it is easy to prepare and talk about your experience.

Easy. Nothing difficult. More of a chat. There was no tension and my CV was hardly mentioned. It seemed from the outset that I was to be a shoe in for the position and that the meeting was a mere formality.
