Basic sit down with Franchise Owner. The owner covered the plan he had for the new gym as well as goals for new members, revenue etc. We discussed experience and how I would help reach the franchise goals.

They love to know your previous experiences and what your input will be as manager, your style of managemen and what you would do under certain conditions and circumstances, also you will need to have good references

Interview
The interview was held over the phone, as the corporate headquarters are in LA. It was three separate phone interviews which comprised of basic interview questions as well as providing a 90 day business plan on how you will increase revenue and bring in more members. Overall, very friendly and looking for a leader that has the time to put in.

Very easy, they will hire anyone who takes the job. They like to fill holes more than hire talent. Do not take their offer if you aspire to be successful. ASK TO SEE VERY SPECIFIC NUMBERS!!!!
