I applied online and about a week later a recruiter got back with me. He sent my application to the lab director, about two days later the director called and scheduled an interview with me. Interview went like any typical interview you probably have went on. I applied as an entry level so there wasn't much I could give about experience. Afterwards gave me a tour of the lab.
