UCare interview questions

Applied online recruiter reached out. Had a 10 min interview with recruiter. Set up an interview with manager went well. was told I would hear something back. But was ghosted. Recruiter nor manager reached out with an update

Lengthy process which resulted in an over 3month process with 8+ interviews and meeting over 15 different staff members. Firing rounds of behavioral based questions and resulted in final rounds of meeting with a psychologist and completing online psychological exams. When I was told a decision would be made it took a week of waiting for a response back from recruiter past the date I was given.
