Applied online. 2 days later, I was scheduled to speak with the hiring manager. 2 hours before the interview day, the hiring manager called out sick and wanted to reschedule. I did not hear back from the hiring manager after following up. One week later, I received an automated email that they were going to move forward with other candidates. This was very disrespectful and does not align with the org's values.
Had initial recruiter interview then was set up for a video interview. All in all fairly straight forward . Pending updated and call back now. Will report back once I hear back

Interview
Apply, interview with psych test, and panel interview. The personality test was odd as there were several questions that had no apparent answer. The question would be posed with no suggestions or prompting from the interviewer. It was about 1.5 hours long and seemed a bit excessive. I believe the exact model was based on hire rite. the overall experience was good.
