Started with a phone call, then lead to an interview with the hiring manager. Asked me what I knew about Health Benefits since no experience was really necessary. Was pretty straightforward since it was a job that did all of the training onsite due to using proprietary systems. Hence the name Proprietary Systems Analyst title.
