Multiple interviews including a plant tour. Everyone is very nice and personable and will answer any questions you may have. Be sure to ask questions about the operation as you walk around the facility.

Interview
Two onsite interviews: one that was approximately 30 minutes with HR asking about resume projects/experience etc. and one behavioral question. Second interview was about 15 minutes with the manager who asked some behavioral questions. Very relaxed and everything was extremely nice I thought.
