give a presentation and then a panel interview. you will talk to them. They will ask you questions related to your presentation. At the end, you will meet your colleagues to learn more about their daily work.

prescreen interveiw: some regular behavorial questions about backgrounds, job responsibilities, and logistics. Relative chill but the interview mentioned possible hiring delay and thus got a reject very soon after the interview.

Usually two rounds. First round is around 30 mins talk with someone in the center, could be the director. Second round is more formal one and talk with people in different branches and they are pretty nice. Around 30 mins for each branch. Then give a 40 min talk about your research.
