After application was contacted via email to schedule an initial phone interview. Phone interview ~25 minutes. The recruiter/interviewer asked relevant questions and answered several of my questions about the position and company culture.

Interview
This was one of the best interview processes I have experienced. There was an initial phone screen, and then a Microsoft Team meeting with the team. I love that they do not make you go through multiple steps like many companies do. I received an offer about a week later. Excited to work for Tyler Technologies.

Interview
Phone screen with HR followed by in-person personality questions. Other questions included past experiences and how they relate to this position. Overall the process was very normal for this type of position - accepted the offer and was on my way.
