Interview
I received an email asking to set up a phone interview for the data scientist position. The phone interview was with the head of data science and it went quite well. He was a nice guy.
I was told that we would schedule a follow up interview which would be more about the technical aspects of the job but I never received any follow up email. I tried following up several times and received no response.

The process was really unclear. It seems like they didn't have a structured interview process and they just added more steps if they felt like it. In total, there were 2 behavioral interviews, 1 technical interview, 1 take-home project, and another technical interview. The interviewers for the technical interviews were extremely unenthusiastic and it felt like they had no interest in knowing your thought process. One interviewer had trouble understanding the sql queries I wrote even though I ran it on leetcode afterwards and the solution works :)
