THEY WANT TO GET TO KNOW THE REAL YOU! They will ask you questions that are a mix of professional and casual that will allow them to get a feel of who you are as a person. Personality plays a big part. They offered me snacks and drinks while I waited and even told me to take some for the ride back home. It is a group interview but I was the only one to show up which made me stand out more.

Interview
This is a very relaxed setting in office where you meet the day to day manager. Group interview style, manager gives all an opportunity to answer questions. There is only one round of interviews so either they contact you afterwards or you didn't get hired.

Interview
The process is very streamlines. You do a brief phone screen, if all goes well you are invited to a group interview which happens every Wednesday. After the group interview/info session you do a 1 on 1 interview with the owner and if you are a good fit for their business and culture then you can get an offer on the spot or same day.
