Interview
It was mainly signing papers for insurance and OSHA certifications, It took around 2 hours. After hiring they provided OSHA training that went towards first paycheck. Overall the process was simple just a get to know you kind of style. How the company was founded, and some background. Overall just be straight forward and you will get the job.
