Online application (CV) > 30-minute phone interview (get to know you and see if you would be a good fit - very relaxed and informal) > case studies (answer three questions designed to showcase your understanding of the company and job profile - command of English and demonstration of in-depth research is key here)> three 40-minute face-to-face interviews (a more thorough assessment of you as an individual and your case studies - very enjoyable experience - team are excellent at putting you at ease and interview often occurs offsite - cafe etc.) > 30-minute video call with Alex Benn, President of Turo (highlight of the entire application process - an incredibly down-to-earth guy who adopts a very personable approach to the call - for instance, Alex spent a proportion of the call speaking about my dissertation research after **he read** two articles that I had written on them)
All in all, I could not fault the application and hiring process. It was personable, informative, and clear at every stage.
